Aberglasney Gardens
& National
botanic gardens
Spectacularly set in the beautiful Tywi valley of Carmarthenshire, Aberglasney
Gardens have been an inspiration for poetry since 1477. The story of Aberglasney
spans many centuries, but, the house's origins are still shrouded in obscurity.

Middleton home of the National Botanic Garden of Wales, the first national
botanic garden to be created in the new millennium. One of the most visited
gardens in Wales, they are helping to conserve many of the worlds rarest
plants. Approx. 45 minute drive from Dorinda Cottage.

Visit the beautiful
Welsh coastline, lovely beaches and coves.
The cottage is approx 30 minutes from the coastal towns of Aberaeron &
Newquay. Along the coastline there are some lovely coves & villages
such as Cwm Tudu or Llangrannog. Aberystwyth, Tenby & Saundersfoot are
slightly further afield approx 1.5 hours.
