Dorinda Cottage

Dorinda cottage nestled in a secluded valleyDorinda cottage is set in a beautiful secluded valley on a small river (Afon Siedi), which is a tributary of the River Teifi in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The property is surrounded by gardens and woodland rich in wildlife, including herons, kingfishers, badgers and otters. The Cottage offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle of everyday life and a chance to enjoy rural pursuits including fly fishing and clay pidgeon shooting. Alternatively you may wish to just relax and watch the wild life.

The cottage is approximately 100 yards from, but out of sight of, the main house. This picturesque 500 year old cottage was lovingly rebuilt by David about fifteen years ago. It has 3 bedrooms; 2 contain a double and a single bed, and one is a small room containing a single bed. Bedding is provided. Downstairs is the kitchen, fitted with an electric cooker, a fridge/freezer and a solid fuel Rayburn which fires the central heating. The bathroom/WC and a comfortable sitting room with log burning stove are also located downstairs. A BBQ is supplied with the cottage.
